Breakfast Manager

About the role

The Breakfast Manager at The Grace leads the daily breakfast operation, ensuring a luxurious and seamless dining experience for guests. This position combines team leadership, service excellence, and strict adherence to food safety standards within a high‑end hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the breakfast service, from buffet setup to guest interaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the breakfast team to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen team to guarantee food quality, presentation, and timely service.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Control stock levels, place orders, and minimise waste while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and company policies.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, table settings, and overall service standards.
• Prepare operational reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate daily priorities to the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of supervisory or management experience in Food & Beverage, preferably within a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
• Strong guest‑service orientation with experience handling feedback and special dietary requests.
• Knowledge of breakfast, buffet, and à la carte service standards.
• Familiarity with staff scheduling, stock control, and departmental administration.
