Business Developer – Coach Teams & Grow Client Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a Business Developer who will use coaching and relationship‑building skills to expand client partnerships, guide candidates through career moves and directly increase earnings through commission‑based sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage new and existing client relationships to generate business.
• Guide candidates through life‑changing career transitions.
• Coach, onboard and train new sales team members.
• Close deals and earn uncapped commissions for each successful placement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of B2B or consultative sales experience (e.g., Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, Onboarding Specialist, Senior Sales Advisor, Team Mentor).
• Experience in onboarding, coaching or training new sales staff.
• Passion for helping others succeed while enjoying a results‑driven environment.
