Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support the growth of an international law firm operating in Ireland. You will work closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams to develop and execute client‑focused strategies that drive retention and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of client programmes, contributing to retention and growth.
• Analyse market trends to identify new collaboration opportunities.
• Develop and deliver strategic client development and account plans.
• Oversee implementation of business development initiatives and measure impact.
• Partner with the Bids Team to pursue priority accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams on visibility and client success initiatives.
• Utilise the CRM system to track engagement and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare regular reports and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• BA degree in Business or a related field.
• 3+ years experience in a similar business development role.
• Strong understanding of strategic key account management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Resilient, hardworking and able to manage a varied workload.
• Team player who values diversity and collaboration.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM systems.

What we offer

• Salary up to €56,000 per year.
• Total compensation package up to €70,000, including bonus.
