Business Development Executive – Sports Events (Part‑Time, Remote)

About the role

TeesMedals is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow its sports‑events portfolio across Ireland. This part‑time, remote position focuses on building relationships with race directors, clubs, schools, charities and other event organisers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new customers throughout Ireland.
• Develop and maintain relationships with race directors, sports clubs, schools, charities and event organisers.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and convert them into orders.
• Follow up enquiries and keep regular contact with prospects.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Represent TeesMedals professionally and promote the brand within the Irish events industry.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
• A network within the sports, events or promotional products sector is a strong advantage.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel within Ireland when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Experience using CRM systems.
