Business Development Manager – Cyber Security

About the role

We are a fast‑growing technology services provider looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead new‑logo acquisition for our cyber security division. This hunter‑focused position will require you to identify, engage and win new customers across target markets, working closely with technical, marketing and vendor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective customers within defined sectors.
• Build and execute a structured new‑business strategy to generate pipeline.
• Drive outbound activity, partner referrals, campaigns and events.
• Lead discovery conversations around security challenges and position solutions such as network security, cloud security, XDR/SOC, managed services and consultancy.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle to close.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, marketing and vendor partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline management.
• Achieve agreed revenue and activity targets.

Required profile

• Proven new‑business/hunter sales experience in technology or cyber security.
• Track record of winning new logos and building pipeline from scratch.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercially aware and target‑driven.
