About the role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to grow sales of heating and plumbing solutions across residential and commercial projects in the Dublin area. You will build relationships with builders, plumbers, M&E consultants and mechanical contractors, promoting repeat business and expanding our market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, plumbers, M&E consultants and mechanical contractors in Dublin.
- Prepare technical specifications, negotiate contracts and produce quotations for heating and plumbing products.
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up.
- Support the local branch network to maximise service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on market innovations, building regulations, health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience selling commercial heating products.
- Full, valid driver’s licence.

- Base salary €55,000–€65,000.
