We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join a high‑performing commercial team in Dublin. This senior leadership position will drive sustainable growth by building long‑term partnerships, unlocking new revenue streams, and meeting ambitious commercial targets. Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust business growth agenda and lead generation strategy.
• Build, manage, and strengthen key partnerships and accounts.
• Ensure excellent customer service through effective communication, administration, and contract management.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion, meeting scope, deadlines, and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align objectives and drive outcomes.
• Track KPIs, produce reports, and resolve challenges through negotiation and leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial or B2B sales role with a strong record of success.
• Strategic and commercially minded with excellent business acumen.
• Strong relationship‑building, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives, manage projects, and deliver results.
• Proactive, driven, results‑focused and able to work independently.
