About the role
Notion is reshaping its go‑to‑market strategy around a workflow‑first, builder‑led model. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for Central and Eastern Europe, you will be the first point of contact, turning high‑potential accounts into qualified conversations for Solutions Consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Generate a qualified, workflow‑first pipeline by identifying and targeting high‑potential accounts in your book.
- Run multi‑channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) to secure first meetings with decision‑makers.
- Conduct initial qualification, validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before handoff.
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce, including ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypotheses, and stakeholder context.
- Leverage GTM system tooling and intent‑data platforms to prioritize accounts and improve outbound quality.
Required profile
- Business fluency in English and Polish.
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation and cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to craft persona‑specific outreach.
- Sharp qualification instincts and a high‑activity mindset.
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API‑first or consumption‑based business models.
