Business Development Representative – MEA

About the role

As a Business Development Representative for HubSpot, you will identify and engage high‑potential companies across the MEA region. Working remotely from Ireland or from a flexible office in Dublin, you will use HubSpot’s lead database and your own outreach to generate interest and qualify prospects for deeper conversations with Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume prospecting via calls, emails and social media to generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate closely with 2‑3 Account Executives to design and execute prospecting strategies.
• Schedule and deliver online product demonstrations for qualified prospects.
• Apply sales methodologies such as BANT to uncover customer challenges and needs.
• Perform market research to expand HubSpot’s customer base in the region.

Required profile

• Strong desire to build a career in tech sales.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Goal‑oriented mindset and proven ability to meet targets.
• Comfort handling objections and openness to coaching.
• Organised, with solid time‑management capabilities.
• Passion for helping businesses grow and curiosity about the technology sector.
