Business Development Representative – Native French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative who is a native French speaker to generate qualified meetings for ServiceNow’s AI‑native platform. You will engage prospective buying groups, qualify interest, and hand off opportunities to the go‑to‑market teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email and social media using approved messaging and qualification criteria.
• Identify and engage key contacts within prospective buying groups to generate meetings.
• Document all interactions accurately in ServiceNow internal systems for reporting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Global Business Acceleration, development and GTM teams to ensure smooth hand‑off of qualified meetings.
• Support follow‑up activities after strategic marketing events.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• High motivation, curiosity, resilience and openness to coaching.
• Willingness to learn and use AI‑native tools for outreach and workflow optimization.

• Proficiency in using CRM or sales engagement platforms (e.g., ServiceNow internal tools).
