Business Development Specialist – Drive Expansion & Growth

About the role

Access is expanding its footprint in the healthcare sector and is looking for a Business Development Specialist to identify and secure new market opportunities. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, and work closely with senior leadership to shape the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target new healthcare clients and strategic partners in assigned territories.
• Initiate contact, conduct needs‑analysis meetings and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms, close agreements and ensure smooth hand‑over to account management.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast revenue in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working autonomously.
• Interest in the healthcare industry and willingness to learn sector specifics.
