Business Manager – Marketing Operations

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Business Manager to support our internal Marketing Production team in Dublin. The role is contract‑based (12 months) and hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office. You will be responsible for budget governance, operational coordination and reporting across multiple marketing workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end marketing production budget, track spend and forecast costs.
• Identify risks, variances and optimisation opportunities, and ensure compliance with finance teams.
• Produce clear budget performance reports and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Support planning and coordination of marketing production activities, ensuring timelines, resources and deliverables are met.
• Act as liaison between marketing, finance and production teams, communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Strong background in budget management and financial oversight.
• Experience in marketing, production, operations or project management environments.
• Excellent organisational, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent reporting tools.
