Buyer – Procurement for Technology Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Buyer to join the procurement team of a fast‑growing technology solutions company. The role supports the delivery of high‑value infrastructure projects across Ireland and Europe by sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating critical materials, equipment, and services.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services from approved suppliers.
• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations to achieve best commercial outcomes.
• Raise and manage purchase orders while monitoring delivery schedules.
• Support sourcing strategies that improve cost efficiency and supply continuity.
• Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate logistics, track deliveries, and ensure timely material movements to project sites.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare audit‑ready reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Buyer, Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain role.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management abilities.
• Commercial awareness and analytical capability.
• Experience with ITC procurement processes.
