C295 B2 Aircraft Technician – Worldwide Travel

About the role

Airbus International Services (AIS) is seeking a qualified C295 B2 Technician to join its Airplane Business Line. The role supports Airbus Defence & Space and AIS on short‑term and long‑term missions worldwide, requiring frequent travel and collaboration with multinational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Exercise licence/approval for inspection and daily processes on Light Transport Aircraft (C295, CN235).
• Certify scheduled and unscheduled tasks, including planned maintenance and service bulletins.
• Perform inspections, repairs, replacements, functional checks, troubleshooting and fault isolation.
• Carry out functional tests and deliver aircraft to customers.
• Lead small groups of non‑licensed mechanics during maintenance activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation, high‑quality workmanship and proper debriefing of crews.
• Set up work processes, maintain equipment and facilities, and analyse technical information.
• Manage workforce workload and cooperate with other departments to complete projects.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or comparable qualification.
• Valid EASA or EMAR Part‑66 B2 licence with type rating for the C295.
• Experience in civil and/or military aircraft maintenance.
