Key responsibilities

• Answer phone enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Confirm appointments and verify entitlement for PRSI/Medical Card funded visits.
• Handle customer queries about contact lenses, process orders and set up direct debits.
• Submit HSE Medical Card claims and reconcile related payments.
• Coordinate PR activities and support administrative tasks.

• Enthusiastic, caring individual with a strong desire to help customers.
• Hard‑working and reliable, able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to learn on the job and follow training provided.
