Call Centre Sales Agent – Onsite, Full-Time

About the role

As a Call Centre Sales Agent at eir you will work in a high-energy contact centre in Churchfield, Cork, helping customers choose broadband, mobile and other communications solutions. The role combines inbound enquiries with outbound sales campaigns and offers full training, coaching and clear career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and, when required, conduct outbound sales calls.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable broadband, mobile and communications products.
• Close new sales, recontract existing customers and retain accounts.
• Achieve and exceed sales, retention and quality KPIs.
• Upsell, cross-sell and generate leads to support business growth.
• Participate in coaching sessions, training and continuous development.
• Represent the eir brand professionally and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a contact-centre, retail, online, door-to-door or outbound environment.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Target-driven, confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers.
• Motivated by commission-based rewards and comfortable working in a competitive setting.
• Flexibility to work onsite in a team-oriented environment.
