Catering Assistant – Full‑Time Flexible (Castlebar)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our service station kitchen in Castlebar. You will help deliver high‑quality food to customers while providing friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of food items to a high standard.
• Carry out daily kitchen operations including cooking, cleaning and meal preparation under the guidance of the Team Lead.
• Manage stock levels and control portion sizes to minimise waste.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in line with HACCP regulations.
• Promote the Corrib Oil Customer Loyalty Programme during service.
• Complete kitchen checks and follow training procedures.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, Monday to Sunday.
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
