Catering Assistant – Full‑time

About the role

As a Catering Assistant you will join a fast‑paced team delivering high‑quality food and excellent service to our clients. This full‑time position works 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, in a supportive environment that values individuality and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high‑quality food items for customers.
• Create attractive food and counter displays that draw attention.
• Represent Compass Group Ireland positively and uphold brand standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently and operate the cash register.
• Maintain the highest standards of food handling, hygiene, and health & safety.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Team‑player who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines.
• Reliable, punctual and able to manage time effectively.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness in all tasks.
• Enthusiasm for the role; previous catering experience is a plus but not mandatory.
