About the role

Supermac's Ballyhaunis is looking for a motivated Catering Assistant to join its fast‑food team. The role is full‑time with shifts available throughout the week, offering a dynamic environment where you will help deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team in daily operations and uphold Supermac's quality standards.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while ensuring a clean and safe work area.
• Interact with customers to provide friendly, efficient service.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekdays and weekends, as scheduled.
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic restaurant upkeep.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar food‑service or catering role.
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Safety‑conscious attitude with adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Team‑player who can adapt to various areas of the restaurant as needed.
