Chat Operator (Remote, Ireland)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Chat Operator to join a fast‑paced, fully remote team based in Ireland. You will monitor AI‑assisted conversations on large‑scale online platforms, ensuring high‑quality interactions and helping to refine automated responses.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations for extended shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth and appropriate interaction flow.
• Intervene when necessary to improve clarity, tone, or response quality on behalf of conversational agents.
• Track, evaluate, and analyse communication patterns between users and AI companions.
• Assess the performance and accuracy of AI‑generated replies, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
• Report technical or content‑related issues in automated responses for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate supporting content (images, videos) aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain focus over long, repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined approach to daily work.
• Good understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and strong empathy.
• Interest in AI tools and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written Russian language skills and a good command of English.
