Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

Scientific Holdings Group is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead its commercial strategy and support the next stage of growth. Based on‑site in Dublin, the role will shape sales, business development and partnership initiatives across regulated and science‑led markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Group’s commercial strategy, covering sales, business development, partnerships and key‑account growth.
• Create and implement business plans that drive revenue growth, profitability and long‑term market positioning.
• Lead, manage and develop commercial teams across the Group, setting clear targets and ensuring high performance.
• Identify new market opportunities in regulated sectors that require scientific, technical or compliance expertise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, industry stakeholders and potential investors.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, regulatory and finance teams to align commercial activity with delivery capacity, quality standards and profitability.
• Oversee pricing, budgeting, forecasting and commercial performance reporting.
• Support the development and launch of new services, products and business units.
• Represent Scientific Holdings Group at client meetings, industry events, conferences and strategic partnership discussions.

Required profile

• Commercially focused and collaborative leader capable of working closely with senior management, operating companies, technical teams and external partners.
• Experience in leading commercial functions within regulated or science‑led environments.
• Ability to align commercial objectives with the Group’s mission of sustainable, scientifically credible outcomes.
