Chief Executive Officer (B2B SaaS)

About the role

This is a high‑impact leadership opportunity for an experienced operator to own and scale a B2B SaaS business within a fast‑growing portfolio. Based in Ireland, the CEO will have full P&L responsibility and will work with a seasoned global platform that removes operational complexity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategy aligned with market dynamics and portfolio goals.
• Own full P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management.
• Lead and scale go‑to‑market execution across PLG, inbound, enterprise sales and partnership channels.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI management, process optimisation and scalable operating models.
• Build, develop and retain high‑performing leadership teams, including succession planning.
• Champion product and business innovation, including AI‑driven opportunities and new business models.
• Establish a strong culture of accountability, performance and collaboration.
• Represent the business externally with customers, partners, investors and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CEO, General Manager or senior executive in a B2B SaaS organisation.
• Strong track record of scaling SaaS businesses and driving ARR, retention and profitability.
• Deep expertise in go‑to‑market strategy across PLG, enterprise sales and partnerships.
• Financial acumen with full ownership of budgeting, forecasting and P&L management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing leadership teams.
• Experience driving organisational transformation and operational improvements at scale.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
