Chopstix Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Chopstix Manager will support front‑line operations at the Applegreen Ballymount site, working closely with the site manager to drive sales and maintain high standards. This role combines administrative support with team leadership in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the site manager with daily administrative tasks and store performance monitoring.
• Help achieve sales targets by motivating staff and implementing effective sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Chopstix standards, policies and procedures.
• Lead the team through clear communication, goal setting and performance feedback.
• Maintain store presentation, stock levels and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar retail or food‑service supervisory role.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment and meet sales objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
