Cleaner – Bentley House (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Crosscare is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain the communal areas of Bentley House. Working Monday to Friday on a fixed‑term basis, you will help create a safe and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Clean communal areas, toilets, kitchen, landings, halls, stairs and resident rooms.
• Perform occasional satellite cleaning services as required.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow hygiene standards, hazard communication and PPE protocols.

Required profile

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility, adaptability and good organisational skills.
• Empathy and understanding when interacting with residents.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
