About the role
The Health Service Executive (HSE) is establishing a recruitment panel to fill current and future Clerical Officer positions across its IHA Galway, Roscommon, and Mayo regions. Successful candidates will join a pool that can be called upon for vacancies in both Community Services and Acute Services.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in panel interviews and assessments as required.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to community and acute health services.
- Respond to expression‑of‑interest notifications for specific vacancies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with HSE standards.
Required profile
- Open to both HSE and non‑HSE applicants.
- Permanent, whole‑time employment.
- Eligibility criteria as outlined in the attached job specification.
- Ability to complete the digital application form via the Rezoomo platform.
