Client Manager

About the role

The Client Manager will own the end‑to‑end delivery of media campaigns for multiple client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day account management. You will work closely with Core’s Channel Planning, Investment and Central Teams to develop, execute and optimise media plans while ensuring audit‑ready delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Create and own media plans in partnership with Channel Planning and Central Teams.
• Project‑manage campaigns from start to finish, handling client queries, reporting and plan amendments.
• Monitor purchase orders, billing and media budgets to ensure accurate month‑end reconciliation.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and present recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with creative and OOH agencies to deliver assets and ensure audit compliance.
• Support talent development through CoreLearning programmes and cross‑company collaboration.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of media experience managing large‑scale campaigns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker who can generate innovative media solutions.
• Commitment to continuous upskilling and adherence to processes.
