Client Partner, Ads Solutions (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

The Client Partner, Ads Solutions will drive new and expanded advertising revenue in the Spanish market for OpenAI. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract execution—while building long‑term commercial partnerships that align with advertisers’ business goals and OpenAI’s standards for trust and platform integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and close new advertising opportunities, managing the end‑to‑end sales process.
• Own and achieve defined revenue targets within the assigned Spanish‑language territory.
• Develop and execute structured account plans to maximise advertiser ROI and long‑term growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior advertising decision‑makers, providing strategic guidance and gathering feedback.
• Structure, negotiate and close complex commercial agreements backed by data‑driven business cases.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Policy and Operations to support complex deals and ensure seamless post‑sale transitions with Customer Success Managers.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, or client‑facing strategy and consulting roles.
• Minimum 3 years of proven advisory experience influencing senior executives and clients.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• Demonstrated ability to own revenue targets and close complex deals.
• Strong analytical skills to translate insights into compelling commercial narratives.
