Client Services Director – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Client Services Director to join our Dublin office and work closely with the Partner and specialist teams. The role offers the chance to lead advisory and accounting services for agri‑focused SMEs, driving growth and client impact across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Develop and implement client service strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
• Monitor client satisfaction, service performance and related metrics.
• Contribute to the senior leadership team and support the growth of the Dublin business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client advisory and accounting services, preferably within the agri‑food or SME sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and business development skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and specialist teams.
• Leadership experience at a senior level.
