Client Services Director – RPO Talent Acquisition

About the role

Korn Ferry is seeking a Client Services Director to lead strategic and operational management of RPO talent acquisition solutions for a key client account. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery while driving organic growth across the full range of Korn Ferry services throughout the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation actions, liaise with stakeholders, and troubleshoot regional issues.
• Identify and execute continuous‑improvement initiatives and innovative talent acquisition solutions.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through timely updates and regular quarterly/annual reviews.
• Advise clients on market trends, best practices, and corrective actions.
• Lead design and delivery of talent acquisition solutions, coordinating across multiple Korn Ferry service areas.
• Manage P&L, drive organic growth, and support new business acquisition with Business Development teams.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and guide teams to optimal client approaches.

Required profile

• Extensive senior leadership or director‑level experience in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi‑geography teams.
• Background in RPO or in‑house talent acquisition within large global organisations.
• Track record of KPI achievement, upselling, and revenue growth.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation capabilities.
• Exceptional customer‑service focus with robust reporting experience.
• Ability to multitask across several client accounts and adapt quickly to change.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or comparable reporting tools.
