Clinical Advisor

About the role

Medstrom Ltd is seeking a Clinical Advisor to work across hospitals in Limerick and the wider Munster region. You will use your clinical expertise to influence equipment use, train staff and directly improve patient outcomes in HSE hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Harm Free Care, Tissue Viability, Manual Handling and trust staff at all levels.
• Deliver training on new and existing medical equipment at customer sites.
• Support service delivery to allocated hospitals and grow rental revenue by identifying product opportunities.
• Promote and support adoption of new technologies and equipment.
• Participate in product evaluations and provide feedback to improve clinical practice.

Required profile

• Qualified clinician with confidence to guide and influence multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to travel across the Munster region and work on‑site in hospitals.

Required skills

• Clinical knowledge of equipment usage and patient assessment.
• Experience delivering training to healthcare professionals.
