Clinical Nurse Advisor – Pressure Care & Specialist Beds

About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse to join a leading medical‑device company as a Clinical Nurse Advisor covering Limerick, Cork and Portlaoise. Working alongside the Territory Manager, you will provide clinical training, support existing customers and help expand the business within hospitals, hospices and nursing homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver equipment training and clinical support to ward staff and specialist teams (≈70% of time).
• Identify and develop new opportunities across the territory (≈30% of time).
• Track patient progress, recommend appropriate products and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with Tissue Viability Nurses, Manual Handling Advisors and ward nurses.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and product usage.

Required profile

• Active registration as a registered nurse in Ireland (non‑negotiable).
• Residency within the Limerick‑Cork‑Portlaoise triangle.
• Full, clean Irish driving licence.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a territory independently.
• Consultative mindset with a genuine interest in developing commercial awareness.

What we offer

• Base salary €38,500‑€45,500 (DOE) plus OTE €4,000‑€10,000, paid quarterly.
