Cloud Security Engineer

About the role

Fin is looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to join its Cloud Security team. You will help protect the cloud platforms that power Fin’s AI‑driven customer‑service solutions, ensuring security is built into every stage of design, deployment and operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement secure architectures across Fin’s AWS environments.
• Build and maintain protective and detective controls to increase visibility into cloud‑based threats.
• Develop detection‑engineering capabilities that identify attacker behaviour and reduce detection and response times.
• Lead cloud security investigations and incident‑response activities in partnership with engineering teams.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation and coordinate containment and remediation actions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Experience working with AWS services and securing cloud workloads.
• Hands‑on experience with incident response and security monitoring in production environments.
• Ability to collaborate with infrastructure and product engineering teams.
