Coffee Machine Service Technician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Coffee Machine Service Technician to join our growing service team, delivering maintenance, repairs and installations to customers across Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a designated service route to customer locations nationwide.
• Carry out preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and installations of coffee machines and related equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage van stock and ensure parts are replenished as required.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience servicing coffee machines or similar equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical and/or plumbing systems.
• Strong fault‑finding and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Flexible approach to travel, working hours and customer requirements.
• Full, clean Category B driving licence.
