Colleague Manager – Dublin

About the role

Join Marks & Spencer as a Colleague Manager in the Dublin area, leading a store team through a period of rapid transformation. You will be responsible for the full employee experience, driving performance, and delivering an exceptional customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for direct reports, overseeing their end‑to‑end experience.
• Mentor and develop the team, celebrating successes and managing performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve shared objectives and adapt to evolving business priorities.
• Act on customer feedback promptly and empower teams in Service, Selling, and Filling.
• Ensure safe, legal store operations and support Shift Leads and Sales Advisors without performing operational tasks yourself.
• Implement launches, events and campaigns flawlessly, driving accurate execution of processes and guidelines.
• Support the full colleague lifecycle: hiring, duty of care, return‑to‑work, scheduling, holidays and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop retail teams.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and operational excellence.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Time & Attendance (T&A) systems.
• Experience using the MyHR platform.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to create and interpret reports in PowerBI.
