Colleague Manager – Dublin South

About the role

As a Colleague Manager for the Dublin South store, you will lead a team of sales advisors and shift leads, shaping the employee experience from hiring through performance management. You will work closely with store leadership to drive operational excellence and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the end‑to‑end experience of direct reports.
• Mentor, develop and celebrate the success of your team while managing performance.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team to achieve shared objectives.
• Model M&S behaviours and adapt to evolving business priorities.
• Act swiftly on customer feedback to exceed expectations.
• Empower teams to own Service, Selling and Filling.
• Create a great workplace by listening to and acting on colleague feedback.
• Ensure the store trades safely and legally at all times.
• Support Shift Leads and Sales Advisors to deliver smooth operations without performing operational tasks yourself.
• Implement launches, events and campaigns flawlessly.
• Drive accurate execution of processes and guidelines.
• Raise performance standards through coaching and development.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive sales and contribution through key inputs.
• Demonstrate digital confidence across platforms.
