Colleague Manager – Killarney

About the role

The Colleague Manager will lead a retail team at our Killarney store, driving performance, safety and customer excellence while developing and supporting colleagues throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the end‑to‑end experience of direct reports, mentoring and managing performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve shared sales and operational objectives.
• Ensure the store trades safely and legally, supporting Shift Leads and Sales Advisors without performing operational tasks yourself.
• Implement launches, events and campaigns flawlessly and drive accurate execution of processes and guidelines.
• Lead high‑performance initiatives, coaching the team to deliver consistent, exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee the full colleague lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, holiday management, duty of care, Return‑to‑Work and talent development.
• Monitor absence, conduct check‑ins, and ensure completion of compliance learning.

Required profile

• Strong leadership with a focus on people development and performance management.
• Ability to act quickly on customer feedback and adapt to evolving business priorities.
• Excellent collaboration skills with store leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, legal and inclusive store environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using PowerBI for reporting and analytics.
