Key responsibilities

• Perform disassembly, inspection, cleaning, assembly and testing of aircraft components in line with approved procedures and airworthiness requirements.
• Complete repair and overhaul activities to required quality and performance standards while interpreting technical manuals and engineering instructions.
• Compile technical findings and inspection reports, and record all work in the ERP system to meet company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain high workmanship standards, ensure compliance with safety policies, and keep the workshop clean, organised and safe.
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently, contributing to team objectives and sharing knowledge across the workshop.

Required profile

• Completed apprenticeship or recognised qualification in a relevant technical trade such as Aircraft Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter/Turner, Automotive Mechanic, Electrician, HVAC Technician, Plumber or Industrial Maintenance Technician.
• Experience in maintenance, repair, manufacturing or technical operations environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow technical manuals, procedures and work instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP system for operational and reporting requirements.
