Commercial Manager

About the role

ACCPRO is partnering with a leading international entertainment group to create a new Commercial Manager function. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will shape commercial strategy, drive cost optimisation and support revenue growth across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Review costs, contracts and commercial arrangements to identify savings and improvements.
• Run tenders (RFPs) to secure competitive pricing.
• Lead and support supplier negotiations to improve margins and terms.
• Analyse revenue, product performance and pricing for margin opportunities.
• Benchmark costs and terms against the market and challenge existing commercial models.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing and merchandising teams.
• Support marketing partnerships with insights, analysis and deal development.
• Scale successful initiatives and track performance using clear KPIs (cost savings, margins, commercial results).

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in procurement, finance or a related field.
• Proven negotiation and contract‑management track record.
• Experience running tenders, sourcing and RFP processes.
• Good understanding of pricing, costs and margins.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience; finance qualification is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings or revenue growth.
