Concession Manager – Retail Store Leadership

About the role

Forever New is seeking an experienced Concession Manager to lead its Brown Thomas Dundrum store. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑growing, Australian‑owned fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the concession store, ensuring sales targets, wage budgets and shrinkage goals are met.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop store staff to create a high‑energy, customer‑focused environment.
• Manage rosters, visual merchandising standards and store layout to maximise product appeal.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain strong communication with senior management and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven retail store management experience, preferably in fashion.
• Track record of achieving sales, cost and shrinkage targets.
• Passion for coaching and leading teams.
• Strong communication and customer‑service focus.
• Experience with performance management and roster planning.
