Construction Contracts Manager – Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Contracts Manager to join a leading civil engineering contractor in Dublin. You will oversee contracts across a variety of projects, including commercial, residential and data centre developments, ensuring compliance, safety and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project documentation.
• Manage subcontractors and junior engineers.
• Schedule works programmes, resources, materials and equipment.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor industry trends and health‑and‑safety requirements.
• Drive tendering, project and customer account management.
• Oversee financial management and KPI achievement.
• Contribute to business development, strategy and process improvements.
• Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members.

Required profile

• Third‑level qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience at a project‑management level.
• Full clean driving licence.
