Construction Project Manager – Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead four residential developments in County Mayo. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest health and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project teams and drive high performance.
• Ensure compliance with PSCS requirements and site health & safety standards.
• Interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications and BOQ.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage schedules and report regularly to senior management.
• Monitor subcontractor performance on safety, quality, cost and programme.
• Work with Quantity Surveyors and commercial teams to control costs and achieve targets.
• Oversee design team input, procurement information and as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Relevant third‑level degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of current building regulations.
