Construction Recruiter

About the role

KM Lynskey is seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to lead the sourcing, hiring and onboarding of blue‑collar and white‑collar construction talent across Ireland and Europe. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth journey from initial contact to site mobilisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar and white‑collar positions across multiple European markets.
• Develop and expand direct candidate networks, especially in Romania and other key labour markets.
• Build relationships with candidates, referrals and industry contacts to minimise reliance on external agencies.
• Source, screen and interview suitable candidates, coordinating offers and start dates.
• Liaise with Commercial, Site Managers and the Operations Manager to understand labour needs and project timelines.
• Support onboarding, ensuring all documentation, contracts, registrations, badges and payroll paperwork are completed.
• Arrange travel and mobilisation logistics where required.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and talent pipelines.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and promote KM Lynskey as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue‑collar or construction sectors.
• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies or international candidate networks.
• Romanian language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
