Content Manager & Copywriter

About the role

We are seeking a Content Manager & Copywriter to join a fast‑growing health‑tech company in Ireland. You will own day‑to‑day content execution for a widely used AI‑powered wellness platform, shaping user experience, engagement, and conversion across mobile apps focused on nutrition, fitness, and sustainable lifestyle change.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, and optimise high‑converting product copy that drives user engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Perform detailed content QA across in‑app assets, guides, and user flows to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Identify and resolve content issues such as formatting errors, unclear instructions, or missing UI elements before release.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to investigate user friction points and translate insights into structured content improvements.
• Manage daily content operations independently, prioritising tasks and ensuring timely delivery across multiple workflows.
• Execute content updates within CMS or internal systems, guaranteeing accurate implementation across the app environment.
• Maintain ongoing content consistency with brand tone, UX principles, and performance objectives.
• Support continuous improvement of content processes through proactive feedback and optimisation suggestions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in UX writing, copywriting, content management, or content QA for digital or mobile products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑converting, user‑focused copywriting across digital interfaces.
• Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and UX issues.
• Experience working with CMS platforms or internal product tools and comfort with technical workflows.
• Ability to interpret basic product data or user experience insights to prioritise content improvements.
• Native‑level English proficiency (C1 or higher) with strong editing and content creation capabilities.
