Content Marketer (Fintech)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Content Marketer to join a fast‑scaling fintech company operating on a remote‑first model in Ireland. The role sits at the crossroads of storytelling, content creation, and demand generation, turning complex payments topics into compelling narratives that drive awareness and commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own and maintain the content calendar, delivering high‑quality assets on schedule.
• Research, write, and publish long‑form articles, guides, case studies, newsletters, social posts, and campaign materials.
• Translate technical fintech and payments concepts into clear, audience‑focused stories.
• Partner with Demand Generation to design and execute go‑to‑market content plans for product launches and campaigns.
• Distribute and repurpose content across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels to maximise reach.
• Analyse performance data and audience insights to continuously refine content strategy.
• Experiment with new formats, messaging, and distribution tactics.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate content creation and improve scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of content marketing experience in fast‑paced B2B or B2C technology environments.
• Strong editorial ability to simplify and humanise complex technical or financial topics.
• Proven track record of taking content from idea to publication with minimal supervision.
• Experience using performance data and experimentation to optimise content outcomes.
• Comfortable working in agile, high‑performance teams with shifting priorities.
• Hands‑on curiosity with AI‑driven content creation and marketing automation tools.
