Content Quality Reviewer – 11‑month Contract (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a Content Quality Reviewer to join our team on an 11‑month contract based in Dublin. The role involves reviewing user‑generated content and advertisements to ensure they meet platform policies and advertiser standards, helping to keep the online ecosystem safe.

Key responsibilities

• Perform expert reviews of content and ads for compliance with community and advertiser policies.
• Gather market‑specific insights and provide recommendations to improve integrity outcomes.
• Communicate findings to cross‑functional partners to refine policies, processes, and tools.
• Partner with vendor operations to implement feedback and monitor remediation plans.
• Contribute to projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Expert Review team.
• Develop subject‑matter expertise in safety, abuse prevention, and account support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) completed prior to joining.
• Fluency in written and conversational English plus one additional listed language.
• Ability to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Familiarity with KPI management, quality assurance and process optimisation.
• Self‑starter attitude with intellectual curiosity and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across multiple functions.
