Conveyancing Secretary (Part‑time)

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join our busy practice in Rush, North County Dublin. The role is part‑time (20 hours per week) and offers a supportive office environment where you will handle residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
- Draft legal documents, contracts for sale, requisitions and closing paperwork.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, banks, estate agents and the Land Registry.
- Prepare and file post‑completion registrations.
- Maintain diaries, appointments and file administration.
- Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Provide general legal secretarial and administrative support.
Required profile
- Previous experience in conveyancing or legal secretarial work.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with conveyancing processes and legal documentation.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience with case‑management systems.
