Corporate Finance Manager – Boutique Advisory Firm

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join a fast‑growing boutique advisory firm in Ireland. The role offers broad exposure to M&A, valuations, fundraising, financial modelling and strategic advisory, working directly with senior directors, partners and key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support the execution of corporate finance and M&A transactions from start to finish.
• Lead financial analysis, valuation work and commercial assessments of target businesses.
• Prepare information memorandums, pitch decks, investor materials and client presentations.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and scenario analyses.
• Conduct market research, buyer/investor mapping and sector analysis.
• Support buy‑side, sell‑side, fundraising, debt advisory and strategic advisory projects.
• Liaise with clients, investors, private‑equity firms and professional advisers.
• Manage due‑diligence processes and coordinate workstreams with legal, tax and finance teams.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Experience in corporate finance, transaction services, deal advisory, M&A or restructuring.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse businesses and advise shareholders.
• Proven ability to manage live transactions and work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
