Corporate Lawyer – Senior Associate

About the role

The Corporate team at William Fry plays a central role in sophisticated and complex corporate transactions and advisory work across Ireland. The team handles large cross‑border deals with an Irish aspect for leading domestic and international companies, institutions and public sector bodies. Our clients include leading Irish and international companies, both public and private, as well as state bodies and successful entrepreneurs. William Fry LLP is one of Ireland’s leading corporate law firms with offices in Dublin, Cork, London, San Francisco, Silicon Valley and New York, employing over 310 legal and tax professionals. We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join us as a Senior Associate/Associate.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in a large, medium or boutique law firm.
• Excellent technical and drafting skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Proven track record of excellence in client service and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and flexible approach to work.
