About the role
We are partnering with a leading Irish law firm to recruit a Corporate M&A Lawyer for its Dublin office. The successful candidate will join a market‑leading team that advises on both private and public mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and equity capital market matters.
Key responsibilities
- Advise corporate clients on private M&A transactions.
- Support public M&A deals, including regulatory and shareholder matters.
- Work on private equity investments and related structuring.
- Assist with equity capital market issuances and related documentation.
Required profile
- 1–7 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate/M&A law.
- Strong academic background.
- Willingness to live and work in Dublin, Ireland.
