Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

Coll-8 is seeking an ambitious Corporate Sales Manager to drive new‑business growth across its delivery and returns portfolio. Based in Dublin with a hybrid work model and national travel, you will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to onboarding, for high‑value domestic and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new high‑volume clients in the retail, e‑commerce and logistics sectors.
• Build and maintain a self‑generated sales pipeline, tracking activities in CRM systems.
• Promote Coll‑8’s full suite of services, including Ireland delivery, cross‑border (UK/US) and returns solutions.
• Achieve aggressive targets for revenue, volume and margin.
• Lead client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to operations through cross‑functional collaboration.
• Provide early‑stage support to clients, meeting service level expectations before handover.
• Collaborate with Operations, Network and Client teams to guarantee capacity and successful service delivery.
• Use market and competitor insights to uncover new growth opportunities and contribute to forecasting and planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of new‑business sales experience in logistics, parcel delivery or e‑commerce.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets and managing a self‑generated pipeline.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international parcel and returns solutions.
• Commercial acumen with pricing and profitability awareness.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
